regi{\~o}es do planeta, a degrada{\c{c}}{\~a}o, associada
a desertifica{\c{c}}{\~a}o. Dessa forma, buscou-se, com este
trabalho, Identificar {\'a}reas com tend{\^e}ncia {\`a}
imagens NDVI e precipita{\c{c}}{\~a}o associada {\`a}s
geotecnologias em {\'a}reas que apresentam significativa
mudan{\c{c}}a das condi{\c{c}}{\~o}es ambientais no Estado do
Esp{\'{\i}}rito Santo.
Sazonal.
ambiental. Constatou-se que no Estado do Esp{\'{\i}}rito Santo
30,56\% s{\~a}o {\'a}reas est{\'a}veis; 28,61\% s{\~a}o
{\'a}reas n{\~a}o significativas, 0,99% implicam em
mudan{\c{c}}as negativas induzidas pelas atividades humanas;
21,16\% implicam em mudan{\c{c}}as negativas induzidas pelas
varia{\c{c}}{\~o}es clim{\'a}ticas; 5,27\% implicam em
mudan{\c{c}}as positivas induzidas pelas atividades humanas
mudan{\c{c}}as positivas induzidas pelas varia{\c{c}}{\~o}es
clim{\'a}ticas (resposta da vegeta{\c{c}}{\~a}o {\`a}s
chuvas).
meio das curvas ajustadas a correspond{\^e}ncia t{\'{\i}}pica
As maiores diferen{\c{c}}as
Grande parte dessas
{\'a}reas n{\~a}o sofreu altera{\c{c}}{\~a}o do uso e
Diante do exposto, foi poss{\'{\i}}vel identificar e quantificar
as {\'a}reas de fragilidade ambiental no Estado do
ABSTRACT: Land degradation
is, in recent decades, one of the most serious environmental and
social problems facing humanity by threatening, especially food
security of the population. In some regions of the planet,
degradation, associated with intense human activities, reaches its
limit with desertification. We sought, with this work, identify
areas where the degradation process through time series of NDVI
images (obtained from the MODIS sensor) and precipitation
associated with geotechnology in areas with significant change in
environmental conditions in the state of Espirito Santo. To this,
obtained by means of parametric and non-parametric techniques
trends NDVI data which was correlated with rainfall data to
eliminate false . To understand when changes in NDVI values
occurred in the year was applied to the data the Seasonal Trend
Analysis technique. Later proceeded with the mapping of land use
and land cover for the municipality with the highest contribution
in fragile areas. It was found that in the state of Espirito Santo
30.56\% are stable areas; 28.61\% are not significant areas,
0.99\% imply negative changes induced by human activities;
21.16\% imply negative changes induced by climate variations;
5.27\% imply positive changes induced by human activities
(irrigated areas or flooded); and 13.41\% imply positive changes
induced by climate variations (response of vegetation to
rainfall). The North region is the most negative trends. With the
Seasonal Trend Analysis The pattern found in adjusted curves
showed typical match for rainy summers and dry winters with a time
lag between the rain and the overall response of approximately
three months vegetation. The major differences of negative trends
are occurring in the spring/summer for the micro-state located to
the north and the major differences of positive trend in
autumn/winter for the micro-regions located to the south. For
mapping the areas of fragility was selected the municipality of
Concei{\c{c}}{\~a}o da Barra as the highest percentage in area
of negative trends. Most of these areas did not change the use and
land cover, indicating the loss in plant vigor. Given the above,
it was possible to identify and quantify areas of environmental
fragility in the state of Espirito Santo, and demonstrate that the
data obtained from the MODIS sensor were adequate for temporal
analysis of NDVI and when combined with meteorological data help
to eliminate false alarms in the behavior of vegetation.",
